Complaints

If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. You can do this by either calling our customer support number (+44) 020 8744 1806 or sending an e-mail: customersupport@mojolondon.co.uk.

You will receive confirmation of your complaint within 72 hours and will be dealt with by an assigned member of staff.

Our goal is to put our customers first, and we pledge to work hard at ironing out any bad feeling or unsatisfactory service. We aim to resolve any complaint within 5 working days.
